Terms of Service - Neon Rift

1. Agreement

These Terms of Service govern your access to Neon Rift, including the game, websites, online services, support channels, and related content provided by Hano Game. By using the game, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. Account and eligibility

You are responsible for your account, device, login credentials, and activity. You must provide accurate information and keep it updated. If you are under the legal age required in your region, you may use the game only with permission from a parent or legal guardian.

3. Limited license

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and play Neon Rift for personal entertainment, subject to these Terms, app store rules, and applicable law. We retain all rights in the game, content, characters, artwork, music, code, trademarks, and services.

4. Player conduct

You may not cheat, exploit bugs, use unauthorized software, sell or transfer accounts, harass other players, impersonate others, disrupt services, reverse engineer the game, upload harmful content, or violate any law or platform policy. We may moderate, suspend, restrict, or terminate access when needed to protect players and the game.

5. Virtual items and purchases

The game may offer virtual currency, cosmetics, battle passes, subscriptions, or other digital items. Virtual items are licensed, not sold, and have no cash value unless required by law. Purchases are processed by Apple App Store or Google Play and are subject to their payment, refund, and subscription rules.

6. User content

If the game allows chat, names, profiles, clans, screenshots, or other user content, you are responsible for what you submit. You grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, moderate, and use that content as needed to operate and promote the game.

7. Updates and availability

We may update, balance, suspend, remove, or discontinue features, events, virtual items, servers, or the game itself. Online features require internet access and may be affected by maintenance, outages, device compatibility, and platform requirements.

8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The game is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim warranties and are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, lost data, lost profits, or service interruptions.

9. Termination

You may stop using the game at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create risk for other players, or use the game in a way that harms the service.
