Account and Data Deletion

How to request deletion

To request deletion of your Neon Rift account and associated personal data, email support@hanogame.com with the subject line "Delete my Neon Rift account".

What will be deleted

We will delete or de-identify account profile data, cloud save data, gameplay progress tied to your account, social or clan information tied to your account, and support records where deletion is not restricted by law or security needs.

What may be retained

We may retain limited records when required for legal compliance, payment verification, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, security logs, backups, or platform obligations. Purchase history and refunds are also managed by Apple App Store or Google Play according to their policies.

Timing

We aim to verify and complete deletion requests within 30 days unless a longer period is required by law, security review, or platform processing. Some backup copies may expire on a delayed schedule.

In-app deletion

If account creation is available in the released game, the game should include an in-app path to start account deletion, such as Settings, Account, Delete Account. This web page remains available for App Store and Google Play account deletion requirements.
