1. Who we are
This Privacy Policy explains how Hano Game handles information for Neon Rift, our mobile game and related websites, support channels, online services, and store pages. Contact: support@hanogame.com.
2. Information we may collect
Depending on the features you use, we may collect account information such as email address, username, player ID, region, age gate result, and login provider identifiers; gameplay information such as progress, rankings, match history, inventory, achievements, moderation reports, and cloud save data; device and technical information such as device model, operating system, language, app version, IP address, crash logs, diagnostics, and anti-fraud signals; purchase information such as product ID, transaction status, and receipts provided by Apple App Store or Google Play; and support messages you send to us.
If a feature is not enabled in the released game, we do not collect the data associated with that feature. We do not ask for sensitive information such as government IDs, precise location, health data, contacts, photos, microphone, or camera access unless a future feature clearly explains why it is needed and asks for permission.
3. How we use information
We use information to operate the game, save progress, match players, maintain leaderboards, process purchases, provide customer support, prevent cheating and fraud, fix bugs, analyze performance, send service notices, and comply with legal obligations. We may use aggregated or de-identified information to improve game balance, stability, and content planning.
4. Sharing information
We may share limited information with service providers that help us run the game, such as hosting, analytics, crash reporting, customer support, payment verification, anti-cheat, and platform services. Apple and Google process purchases and may provide receipt or transaction status to us. We may also share information if required by law, to protect users and our services, or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or business transfer.
We do not sell personal information. If advertising or personalized ads are added in the future, the app will provide the disclosures and choices required by the relevant app store and applicable law.
5. Data retention and deletion
We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes described above, including account operation, security, dispute resolution, legal compliance, and backup integrity. You can request account and associated data deletion at hanogame.com/data-deletion.html.
6. Children and age restrictions
Neon Rift is not directed to children under 13. If local law requires a higher minimum age, users under that age should play only with parental or guardian consent. If we learn that we collected personal information from a child without required consent, we will take reasonable steps to delete it.
7. Your choices
You may request access, correction, deletion, or restriction of your personal information by contacting support@hanogame.com. You can also manage platform permissions and purchase settings through iOS, Android, App Store, and Google Play settings.
8. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information. No online service is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. International transfers
Game services may be hosted or processed in countries other than your country of residence. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for cross-border data transfers.
10. Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy as the game and legal requirements change. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new updated date.
